Bu kavramlar Kur\u2019an\u0131 Kerim\u2019de kesinlikle mevcut de\u011fil hadis ve rivayetlerde de ben bildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla b\u00f6yle bir \u015feyi hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorum. Fakihlerimiz \u0130slam\u2019da m\u00fczik mevzuu hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunmak istedikleri zaman meseleyi bir taraftan \u201cGana\u201d kavram\u0131 alt\u0131nda ve di\u011fer yandan \u201cLahiv aletleri\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda g\u00fcndeme getirerek tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7m\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. F\u0131k\u0131h kitaplar\u0131nda bir tarafta gana tabiri hakk\u0131nda bahsedilirken, di\u011fer yandan lahiv aletleri s\u00f6z konusu edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u0131 Kerim\u2019de \u201cLahv\u201d kavram\u0131<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLahv\u201d ibaresi Kur\u2019an\u0131 Kerim\u2019in birka\u00e7 yerinde zikredilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Cuma suresinin 11. Nitekim bu ayeti kerime\u2019de bu gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ele\u015ftirilerek \u015f\u00f6yle buyrulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u0642\u0644\u200c \u0645\u0627 \u0639\u0646\u062f\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u200c \u062e\u06cc\u0631 \u0645\u0646\u200c \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0648 \u0648 \u0645\u0646\u200c \u0627\u0644\u062a\u062c\u0627\u0631\u0647\u200c \u0648\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u200c \u062e\u06cc\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0627\u0632\u0642\u06cc\u0646\u200c.<\/p>\n<p>Sizler ticaret ve ticari meseleler i\u00e7in veya e\u011flenmek amac\u0131yla Allah resul\u00fc (sav)in hutbesini terk ederek gitmemelisiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah Taala kendi s\u00fcnnetlerinde imanl\u0131 ve Salih kullar\u0131 i\u00e7in mukarrer k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 menfaat ku\u015fkusun sizlerdin e\u011flence, lahv t\u00f6renlerine kat\u0131lmaktan elde edece\u011finiz menfaatten \u00e7ok daha fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genellikle burada zikredilen Lahv kavram\u0131n\u0131n, kervan kafileleri bir \u015fehre girdiklerinde kendi giri\u015flerini ve varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 halka ilan etmek i\u00e7in davul zurnayla bildirmeleri oldu\u011fu belirtilmi\u015ftir. Halktan bir grub bu durumu seyretmeye ve e\u011flenmeye ko\u015fuyordu. Halktan di\u011fer bir grub ise yeni bir kervan\u0131n geldi\u011fini duyunca hemen ticaret amac\u0131yla kervana do\u011fru ko\u015fmaktayd\u0131lar. Bu duruma bug\u00fcn de farkl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tan\u0131k olmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u00d6zellikle daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yerlerde ikinci el mallar\u0131 sat\u0131n ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bildirmek amac\u0131yla al\u0131c\u0131lar genellikle hoparl\u00f6rler veya \u00e7alg\u0131lar ve zillerden yararlanmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fczik ve \u201cLahv\u201d\u0131n Haram Olu\u015fu meselesi<\/p>\n<p>Bu ayetten m\u00fczik\u2019in veya \u201cLahv\u201d\u0131n haram olu\u015fu meselesi \u00e7\u0131kmamakta. Hatta ayetin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ni\u00e7in Allah resul\u00fcn\u00fcn namaz\u0131n\u0131 terk ederek gittiklerini sorgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilebilir. Yine bu ayetten yararlan\u0131larak ticaretin haram oldu\u011fu da s\u00f6ylenemez.<\/p>\n<p>Yine Muminun suresinin 3. Ayetinde \u015f\u00f6yle buyruluyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u0648 \u0627\u0630\u0627 \u0633\u0645\u0639\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u063a\u0648 \u0627\u0639\u0631\u0636\u0648\u0627 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u200c<\/p>\n<p>Ve onlar, k\u00f6t\u00fc ve \u00e7irkin s\u00f6z duyunca y\u00fcz \u00e7evirirler.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ayetlerin genelinden musiki\u2019nin haram olu\u015fu ispatlanamamaktad\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan musiki\u2019nin haram olu\u015funun belirtildi\u011fi Kur\u2019an\u0131 Kerim\u2019den bir ayetin var oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenemez.<\/p>\n<p>Ayetlerle ilgili durum bundan ibarettir. Rivayetler konusuna gelince. Rivayetlerin bir \u00e7o\u011funda M\u00fczik e\u011flence ve oyuna i\u015faret edilmi\u015ftir. Bu rivayetler genellikle m\u00fczik ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131na dalalet ediyor ve bu hadisler hem \u015eia kaynaklar\u0131nda ve hem Ehli S\u00fcnnet kaynaklar\u0131nda mevcuttur. Bu rivayetlerle ilgili k\u0131saca denebilir ki viyolan, t\u00f6nbek, saz ve benzeri \u00e7alg\u0131lardan yararlanmak haramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak fakihlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 bu hadislerden musiki ve m\u00fczi\u011fin genel anlamda haram olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 istinbat etmi\u015f ve masum imamlar d\u00f6neminde, \u0130slam liderleri d\u00f6neminde genellikle zenginlerin, y\u00f6netici kadronun, komutan ve valilerin, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve servet sahiplerinin evlerinde d\u00fczenlenen ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131klar, partiler ve e\u011flence t\u00f6renlerinin haram oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. Bu gibi toplant\u0131lar genellikle m\u00fczik ve \u00e7al\u0131p oynamak insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcnaha sevk edilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. B u gibi toplant\u0131larda na mahrem kad\u0131n ve erkekler kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak \u00e7al\u0131p oynamakta, nefsani heva ve heveslerine kap\u0131lmakta, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc f\u0131sk ve f\u00fccura, ayya\u015fl\u0131\u011fa, zinaya m\u00fcptela olmaktad\u0131rlar. Bunun i\u00e7in de bu gibi toplant\u0131larda s\u00f6ylenen \u015fak\u0131, t\u00fcrk\u00fcler, m\u00fczik haramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her M\u00fczik Haram de\u011fil!<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131saca konuyu \u015fu \u015fekilde izah etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn: \u015eark\u0131 t\u00fcrk\u00fc s\u00f6ylemek haram de\u011fil ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7alg\u0131, m\u00fczik de haram de\u011fil. Sadece dinleyenleri fesada, ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130slam d\u0131\u015f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flara \u00e7eken, insanlar\u0131 temizlik ve takvadan uzakla\u015ft\u0131ran, insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcnah kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki diren\u00e7 ve iradelerini k\u0131ran, fesad ve g\u00fcnaha bula\u015fmaya te\u015fvik eden m\u00fczik haramd\u0131r ve bu t\u00fcr m\u00fczikten sak\u0131nmak gerekir. Ancak bu sayd\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z etkiyi g\u00f6stermeyen m\u00fczik t\u00fcr\u00fc ise haram de\u011fildir. Nitekim \u0130slam ulemas\u0131 ve fakihlerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz rivayetleri bu \u015fekilde yorumlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in diyebiliriz ki insan\u0131 \u015fehvete te\u015fvik eden, g\u00fcnah davran\u0131\u015flara iten, i\u015fiteni k\u00f6t\u00fc ama\u00e7lara, \u015feriat d\u0131\u015f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flara s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen, takva ve iffete y\u00f6nelik ahlak\u0131 insandan alan m\u00fczik t\u00fcrevleri haramd\u0131r. Bir m\u00fczik insan\u0131 Allah\u2019tan ve Peygamberden al\u0131koyarsa, insan\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn insani de\u011ferlere yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rsa i\u015fte o m\u00fczik haramd\u0131r. M\u00fczikle ilgili kesin olan budur. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan musikilerin \u0130slam\u2019da haram oldu\u011funu kesin surette diyemeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLahv\u201d ve \u201cLa\u011fv\u201d kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu tan\u0131ma ne kadar da uygun oldu\u011funu \u015fimdi anlad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131? Fakihlerin kulland\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00fczel bir tabir var. Diyorlar ki:<\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0648 \u0645\u0627 \u06cc\u0646\u0647\u06cc\u200c \u0639\u0646\u200c \u0630\u06a9\u0631\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u200c<\/p>\n<p>Yani \u201cLahv\u201d insan\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131n yad\u0131ndan, zikrinden gaflete d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren \u015feydir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n yad\u0131ndan, zikrinden gaflete d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131 asl\u0131nda insan\u0131n Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 gaflete d\u00fc\u015fmesinin belli bir a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zel a\u015fama ise iman sahibi insan bir g\u00fcnah ve sapma ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ister istemez Allah\u2019\u0131 yad etmekte. Allah Taala bu fiilin haram oldu\u011funu ve onun yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti\u011fi i\u00e7in o fiili yapmamal\u0131y\u0131z. G\u00fcnahla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman imanl\u0131 bir insan\u0131n i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu durum asl\u0131nda insanlar aras\u0131nda fazilet ve temizli\u011fin korunmas\u0131nda etkili garantilerden biridir.<\/p>\n<p>Daha do\u011frusu iman\u2019\u0131n en \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlerinden biri, iman\u2019\u0131n insan v\u00fccudunda bir polis g\u00f6revi yapmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na oldu\u011fu ve g\u00fcnah i\u015flevi ta\u015f\u0131yan bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ilahi vicdan ve i\u00e7 iman insan\u2019a feryat etmekte ve Allah\u2019\u0131n onun amellerine tan\u0131k oldu\u011funu hayk\u0131rmakta ve onu g\u00fcnahtan sak\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Allah\u2019a bu t\u00fcr y\u00f6neli\u015f, ilgi, dini e\u011fitimin en \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlerindendir.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim insan\u2019da bu duyguyu zay\u0131flat\u0131p k\u00f6relten, takva etkisini azaltan ve insanlar\u0131 g\u00fcnaha sevk eden, rahatl\u0131kla g\u00fcnah i\u015flemesine sebebiyet veren m\u00fczik t\u00fcr\u00fc elbette ki haramd\u0131r. Kanaatimce e\u011fer bu hususta hi\u00e7bir ayet veya hadis olmasa ve biz tek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za olsak dahi \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ve hatta ilahi dinlerin talimlerinden bu t\u00fcr m\u00fczi\u011fin haram oldu\u011funu yine istinbat edebilirdir.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n sesinden musiki<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zetlemek istiyorum: Meclislerde ve umuma a\u00e7\u0131k yerlerde \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan okunan ve bir \u00e7oklar\u0131n\u0131 ister isetmez g\u00fcnaha sevkeden \u015fark\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcler haramd\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan insan\u0131 g\u00fcnah kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda daha da c\u00fcretle\u015ftiren, insan\u0131 Allah\u2019a bigane konuma getiren, Allah\u2019\u0131n zikrini insanda zay\u0131flatan m\u00fczik, \u015fark\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcler g\u00fcnah ve \u015fer\u2019an caiz de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun, musiki ile ilgili olarak \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kesin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olarak s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Fakat acaba bu etkiyi b\u0131rakmayan ve insan \u00fczerinde tahrip edici tesiri olmayan m\u00fczik, \u015fark\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcler de haram m\u0131d\u0131r? Yoksa onlar hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcphe mi var? Kesin olan \u015fudur ki \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kesin olan mevzular\u0131ndan de\u011fil ve bunu b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130slam ulemas\u0131 ve fakihlerinin ortak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olarak saymak da olamaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdilik m\u00fczik hakk\u0131nda s\u00f6yleyeceklerimiz bundan ibarettir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda bu meseleyi detayl\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131klayan bir kitab\u0131 hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorum.
